Welcome to Velocireader (“App”), a speed-reading app by Better Things Better, LLC. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you disagree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be 13+ (or legal age in your country). No accounts needed for basic use.
Use of the App
- Granted: Non-exclusive license to use for personal speed-reading.
- Prohibited: Hacking, copying code, uploading harmful content, or commercial use without permission.
- Features: Free tier for basic pasting/sharing; premium unlocks (e.g., higher WPM, custom colors) via in-app purchase.
Payments
- Handled by app stores (Apple/Google). No refunds except as per their policies.
- Premium: One-time or subscription; auto-renews if sub-based. Cancel anytime via store.
- Intellectual Property
- We own the App, logo (including dino mascot), and code.
- Your Content: You retain rights to pasted text; grant us temporary license to process/display it.

Governing Law and Disputes
These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado, or through binding arbitration in Colorado at our discretion.
